Marketing Project Manager - DLT

About the Role
The Marketing Project Manager is a key member of the TD SYNNEX Public Sector Marketing team which supports and promotes TD SYNNEX Public Sector’s vendors, reseller partners, and technology solution areas. The Project Manager will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of TD SYNNEX Public Sector assets to support revenue growth and customer engagement goals. Establish standards, communication protocols, goals, KPIs, and programs that enhance the value of these assets for Vendors, Partners, and End Customers. They will manage the production and fulfillment of marketing activities, including messaging content updates and the creation of marketing communications. They will also track, analyze, and report on the ROI of marketing investments to inform best practices and continuously improve program effectiveness.
What You'll Do

Lead management of production and fulfillment of marketing activities around service offerings to drive TD SYNNEX revenue and customer demand and engagement

Manage marketing asset updates to facilitate messaging content updates

Lead and facilitate update or tag-up meetings around project deliverables
-
Research, negotiate and procure 3rd party services for demand generation and brand building initiatives; Manage associated supplier relationships

Write blogs/create content for email campaigns, asset promotion, and social media

Develop and maintain marketing dashboard based on internal and external stakeholder requirements

Write and edit copy for various marketing communications
-
Track and analyze metrics for ROI of marketing investment; Publish results to stakeholders

Analyze and share sales diagnostic reports and dashboards to establish best practices and adjust programs based upon campaign performance

Other job related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
-
Minimum of 3 years of project management or marketing experience which includes demonstrated success in leading and coordinating the development of marketing materials, marketing campaigns, marketing events, and/or reporting

Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently, as well as effectively working in teams
-
Understanding of marketing strategy and content, promotion and performance metrics to support and guide the team’s efforts to more effective outcomes

Must be able to coordinate many details in a proactive and organized fashion
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related discipline

Professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to independently follow-through and meet deadlines
-
Knowledge and ability to use various software programs: Workfront and Asana (or equivalent project management), Adobe Creative Suite, and Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation) experience preferred

Active listener, effective influencer, great positive attitude
-
Experience marketing to government sector
-
Marketing copy writing/editing skills
