About You:
As the Website Marketing Manager, you take a customer and prospect-centric approach to optimizing, maintaining, and enhancing our most valuable marketing assets - our global marketing website, and related properties. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Lead, you will support the ongoing website design updates, as well as the development of focused hubs, and micro-sites for events and other content experiences.
You will collaborate with multiple teams across the org including Content Marketing, Brand Design, Product Design, Product Marketing, Product Education, and Community to drive the strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of the marketing website.
What You’ll Do:
- Enhance the website with new capabilities and functionality, working backward to define and scope projects from stakeholders, and lead the charge on identifying opportunities to improve the experience for users.
- Create and maintain website roadmap, working with key stakeholders, designers, and engineers to bring ideas to fruition.
- Work within sprint schedules, collaborating with the development team to prioritize tasks and requests.
- Collaborate on highly visible web projects throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements, design, and development, to testing, launch, analysis, and support.
- Create standardized reports to identify website launch, delivery, and quality issues.
- Engineer scalable processes to enable self-service updates across the company including training and documentation.
- Maintain all documentation related to the website on confluence for asynchronous, cross-team reference.
- Build and maintain a complete web testing and experimentation roadmap, making it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant website project management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to collaborate with web development and design teams, as well as all internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, assets, and content in an organized manner.
- Experience with Content Management Systems including Wordpress or CraftCMS.
- Experience using Google Analytics and an understanding of SEO/CRO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
