About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Altium 365 Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

 A day in the life of our Marketing Project Manager:
  • Manage, own, and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for various marketing initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, allocating resources as necessary and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth project progression
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements, objectives, and potential risks
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and other teams to ensure projects are aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines
  • Regularly track, report, and escalate project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making with a proactive approach
  • Cultivate a positive team environment with clear communication and support throughout the project
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Project management certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM) is preferred
  • 8+ years of project management experience in marketing using agile methodology
  • Proven experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and market research techniques
  • Proficiency with project management software tools and best practices. Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability

The salary range for this role is $124,800 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
