Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a full workload; prioritize tasks and navigate shifting priorities.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Project Management preferred
• Certificate in Agile Project Management preferred
• 3 years' professional experience preferred
• Project Management Certificate a plus
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Experience with seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ability to consult on challenging Marketing and Customer Experience related issues.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to function and succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
