As our Marketing Projects Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the Marketing and Branding Manager to execute and evaluate initiatives that form the U.S. annual marketing plan
• Manage photography and film shoots, including vendor selection, internal sourcing talent, and reviewing scripts with the Marketing Coordinator
• Content creation; creating and communicating content across all social channels
• IMC merchandise coordination; driving and upholding our branding guidelines across new items and designs
• Creation and management of all digital and physical campus hiring collateral, working closely with our U.S. University Recruiters
• Work with the global marketing team on exciting international projects, including our Team Liquid collaboration and competitions
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make timely improvements or adjustments to maximize opportunities
• Utilize "Phenom," our versatile CMS, including email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns and updates to the career's website
• Translate local hiring demand into campaign briefings
• Other projects and initiatives as required

Who you are: 

• Minimum five years' experience and related Bachelor's degree
• Previous digital marketing experience across community management, recruitment CMS and campaigns
• A proven ability to pivot between hands-on creation and managing long-term projects
• Your ability to maintain an eye for the details in the crucial moments
• Exposure to managing events, both online and offline
• Experience in marketing for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok
• Basic graphic design skills - Can you build simple, powerful material in Canva?
• A gift for communication. You'll promote IMC as an employer of choice through event invitations, EDMs, internal comms, and social media posts
• Juggling competing deadlines and campaigns in an environment where things move and improve —extremely fast
• An ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicate, and manage expectations
