Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts focused on marketing talent across areas such as paid media, email marketing, content creation, social media, and growth marketing.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and creative recruitment strategies.
- Develop compelling job descriptions, candidate messaging, and interview processes that resonate with top marketing professionals.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and campaign samples to assess technical capabilities, creativity, and performance results.
- Partner closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional hiring experience throughout the process.
- Dedicate part of your time to internal marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media content, and employer brand promotion.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with solid exposure to digital channels and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of core marketing disciplines including paid acquisition, organic social, lifecycle/email marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience evaluating marketing performance metrics, portfolios, and campaign results.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and other marketing technologies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours across Pacific Time or Eastern Time zones.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
