Marketing Representative

Job description Primary Responsibilities: • Support marketing strategies as by Executive Leadership • Maintain current database of existing and potential clients • Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, and other events to network with physician community as the representative of radiology office • Manage call list and show ability to grow existing client list through scheduled appointments and “cold” calls on a routine basis • Provide support and education to doctor office staff • Visiting physicians offices, educating about what practice offers • Troubleshooting issues between practices or regarding product (scheduling, report turn-around) • Maintaining and developing relationships between managers and physicians at practice • Maintaining professional relationships with physicians • Securing referrals • BILINGUAL Qualifications: • Energetic and positive attitude • Willingness to learn • Minimum 2 years customer service sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions • Ability to provide internal marketing assistance within radiology office • Ability to work alone – self-motivated • Computer skills such as database maintenance, report generating, etc. • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends in radiology • Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously • Be well-groomed, outgoing and personable • Availability and willingness to travel locally • Bilingual(MUST) Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. Duties • Develop and implement effective Radiology marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates. • Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
