Job Description

The role of the Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist supports and helps the sales and marketing teams in meeting their goals. This role's responsibilities include assisting with developing Marketing & Sales processes, consulting research and analyzing data, building reporting, and dashboards & over seeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our goals. Ultimately, this role with work closely with the Marketing & Sales teams to support the overall process throughout the year.

To be successful in this role, candidates must be located in the United States or Canada.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supply data, reports, and dashboards to help the sales and marketing team measure and improve their performance.
  • Track activity against goals and supply updates to executives.
  • Track metrics and supply analysis.
  • Maintain data on company sales and marketing trends and supply status updates.
  • Managing sales and marketing tools and systems
  • Coordinating sales and marketing meetings and aiding with event management
  • Suggest, define & implement sales and marketing process improvements.
  • Aid in administering sales and marketing CRM system.
  • Help in producing annual budgets.
  • Maintain data and proper documentation in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, or Business Development
  • 3-5 years' experience with a SaaS, Software, or other Technology company
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI and other relevant software

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/or at least 5 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Marketing or Sales Operations
  • Any combination of the above will be considered, with progressively increased responsibilities/roles
