About the role: Both data driven and creative, our the Senior Marketing Manager is a passionate growth marketer and project manager who can drive leads, loyalty and brand love. While this person enjoys “thinking big,” they are just as comfortable prioritizing day-to-day operational details.

This individual reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will manage a field marketer, with the potential for more direct reports down the line. The position will be hybrid with the opportunity to work part time from home, part time from our office in downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

In this role you will… 

  • Execute and optimize a comprehensive integrated B2C and B2B marketing plan that supports our growth across markets and business lines
  • Develop, test and scale new channels quickly and efficiently to drive leads
  • Optimize existing channel growth
  • Produce analysis, insights and visibility on performance 
  • Produce marketing campaigns that drive both lead gen and customer loyalty
  • Lead event and program planning, including development, bookings and event coordination and logistics
  • Identify and cultivate diverse partnerships and expand on Vivvi's commitment to inclusivity and representation of all working parents
  • Partner with CMO, sales and client success teams to optimize for growth in both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Collaborate with our Brand Editorial Director to develop and execute content strategy and partnerships that grow brand awareness for Vivvi
  • Work hand-in-hand with CMO and finance team on budget actualization and re forecasting

Requirements

  • You have 6-9+ years experience in growth, performance marketing or brand marketing, a Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related field and experience with performance tracking, measurement, attribution.
  • You have used Hubspot or similar CRM platform to create campaigns, reports and dashboards, UTM links, email marketing, workflows, etc.
  • You have worked in the parenting, education or healthcare space and have a passion for supporting families. 
  • Experience with B2B marketing in the same industries is a plus!
  • You have the ability to translate brand voice and aesthetic across channels.
  • You’re detail-oriented and organized—someone who is excited by helping develop structure, and will take initiative and execute. Experience in Asana, Trello or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • You are aware and curious—you know what other brands and partners are doing and are always thinking “how can we do this better?” “who can we partner with?”
  • You love to problem solve and tackle new challenges.
  • You are able and willing to work at our office in Tribeca at least 3 days a week.
  • You are available to work a few quarterly evening or weekend events (these are planned in advance around team schedule and include things like campus opening parties, partner events and story hours for prospective families)
