Marketing Senior Writer

CAIS is seeking a talented Senior Writer to join our Marketing team. The Senior Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality content aimed at educating financial advisors and their clients on the benefits, risks, and opportunities of alternative investments, as well as the CAIS Platform across the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in alternative investments, a strong writing portfolio, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce compelling content for a range of formats, including whitepapers, reports, webinars, podcasts, and articles, on topics related to alternative investments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external partners to develop content that aligns with CAIS's thought leadership strategy. 
• Develop an understanding of the alternative investment space, including current trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.  
• Ensure that all content produced is of high quality, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Work with the marketing team to distribute content effectively and measure the impact of content produced.  
• Provide guidance to other members of the team on writing best practices and approaches. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.  
• 5-8+ years of experience in writing and producing content in the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative investments. 
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content produced. 
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.  
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  
• Knowledge of alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and commodities.  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. 
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services content.
