Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partners with marketing team members to identify opportunities and executes integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business needs.
- Responsible for marketing collateral development including internal and external approval process.
- Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of campaigns and uses data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to tactics as appropriate.
- Is able to demonstrate how each marketing campaign ties back to marketing and business strategies.
- Reviews and analyzes research on business and consumer insights and provides input to team regarding potential impact on marketing campaigns.
- Supports events and partnerships.
- Participates as the marketing representative on various project teams and committees.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Prior experience in CRM, website content management, Google analytics and production systems.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet timelines.
- Extremely organized with ability to multi-task.
- 5+ years experience in a corporate marketing or agency setting.
