• Develop strong, collaborative, cross functional relationships to successfully create strategic sales initiatives.
• Support development, implementation and tracking of marketing programs such as email, social media, and/or events.
• Simplify complex systems for market communications, project management, leadership, product development and creativity. Be able to present and explain in an effective and concise manner.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Drive sales results by developing technical and conceptual content for sales enablement, market research, brand and campaign strategy, and simplifying complex systems to capture audience and communicate value.
• In collaboration with our product team, champion new product concepts and development, educate both internal and external stakeholders about the benefits of our commercial HVAC products.
• Work with stakeholders to help create purposeful marketing content and a solid digital presence.
• Lead content marketing and demand generation activities across various traditional and digital media channels to articulate the benefits of our products and services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or engineering field
• 3+ years of marketing specialist experience in commercial solutions with hands-on experience driving events, marketing campaigns and go-to market planning and execution.
• 3+ years of experience with showcase planning and execution.
• 3+ years of experience with digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who have an MBA or are actively pursuing an MBA
