Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will design, create, and oversee the operations of company marketing including overall strategy, social media channels and content, special events, and other projects. This role will work closely with external agencies and internal departments to ensure that all areas of the company's marketing efforts are executed properly and maintain the brand guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of 3rd parties providing marketing and event-related services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email campaigns, social media, other digital campaigns, and events.
- Manage logistics of the events calendar, maintaining proactive communication and workflows with all affected parties to prevent delays or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop and create marketing materials and social media content; ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, property management) and external teams (agencies, event vendors, etc) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives, including promotional events.
- Manage and direct work of external teams pertaining to planning and day-of execution of promotional events.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaigns and promotional efforts' performance and efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and social media tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in event management, and community event experience is highly preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Ability and availability to attend special events.
