Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. This is a 100% onsite position located in our HQ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop and execute single & multi-step email campaigns for different distribution channels and segments, utilizing dynamic and engaging content • Build landing pages, forms and create necessary segments • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of new email trends • Identify opportunities for improved open, click thru and conversion rates areas for optimization • Follow up with regular A/B testing, analyze and report with results • Report on e-mail campaign performance on a regular basis. Work closely with the automation team to regularly evolve success metrics • Work with different sales channels and understand the sales structure to build effective campaigns

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field or equivalent work experience• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred• PC proficient, highly experienced in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines• Event planning and coordination• Proactive, self-starter who functions well independently• Ability to work well in a team environment• Excellent time management skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Attention to detail and superior organizational skills are a must• Flexible and positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure

Salary Range: $65,000 - $101,000
