As a Marketing Specialist - you will lead and drive the functional excellence of marketing through for planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better commercial execution globally.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Working with marketing and communications professionals to ensure that marketing communications and branding are aligned with Baker Hughes branding and communications guidelines.
• Coordinating global trade show schedule with communications and arrange for exhibiting and/or attendance for staff.
• Managing all functions of independent conferences where the wider Baker Hughes product lines are not attending.
• Developing print, digital and social media content for global external communications, including websites, trade magazine articles, product launches, tradeshows, conferences, and seminars.
• Reviewing presentations, conference papers, and white papers for adherence to corporate branding and legal guidelines.
• Directing and manage marketing communications related functions, e.g. photography, signage, special events, award submissions, project updates, and brand awareness and adherence.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 5+rs experience in commercial & technical marketing experience in the B2B industrial equipment
• Be skilled in writing copy for collateral and promotions utilizing advanced skills in MS-Power Point; Excel; and Word
• Have collaborative leadership and influencing skills, with clear analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to initiative, creativity, independent thinking and teamwork in a global cultural context
• Experienced with overall functionality of SalesForce.com CRM software. MS-Dynamics is a plus.
