Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop and support Sales and Marketing team metrics and reports• Collaborating on the development of new marketing campaign ideas• Conduct market and competitor analysis• Manage social media outlets for the company-ensuring we're promoting the right content, and keeping all content updated• Communicate with internal staff and external sales reps on a consistent corporate image• Assist in the coordination of trade shows and sales meeting details• Support the coordination of all marketing and advertisement for Super Micro Computer, Inc.• Constructively promote ideas of marketing• Ability to work under pressure as a creative problem solver

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field or equivalent work experience• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred• PC proficient, highly experienced in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines• Event planning and coordination• Proactive, self-starter who functions well independently• Ability to work well in a team environment• Excellent time management skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Attention to detail and superior organizational skills are a must• Flexible and positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure

Salary Range

$65,000 - $101,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
