Iowa Realty is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist in our West Des Moines Office.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation, enhancement, and administration of traditional and electronic marketing tools and for providing direct and indirect support to sales, administrative and management staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain digital marketing efforts across social media platforms, develop daily content and identify graphics. Write copy for social media platforms and coordinate graphics to support digital marketing effort.
• Coordinate client programs and follow up. This includes proofing and verification of client projects, acting as program liaison for builders, agents, and vendors. Includes monthly reporting, invoicing, and other related tasks.
• Supervise and update the Project Management Software System activities for Marketing Department.
• Coordinate the customer satisfaction survey program that involves administration, execution, compilation, and reporting.
• Create marketing pieces (traditional and electronic) and coordinate marketing communication and advertising activities. Including lead generation activities, data entry and maintenance, client communications, identification and communication of specific collateral copy. Includes monthly cross-charges to agents.
• Assist with all marketing events held during the year.

Performance Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or public relations or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Three years marketing experience. Preference for real estate industry or agent support experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Desktop Publishing.
• Hands-on knowledge of marketing tools and the ability to coordinate the activities of other team members.
• Attention to detail; effective verbal communication skills.
• Superior written communication skills. Ability to edit written communication of other individuals.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency at digital marketing, uploading of images and content as needed.
