Marketing Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:In this position, you will get to:

• Develop and execute ROI-based lead generation campaigns and product launches
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Collaborate with the vertical, marketing and sales organizations to refine content
• Support in the creation of solution-based content, including value propositions, positioning statements and brand messaging, that align with our personas and target audience
• Partner with Graphic Designers, Copywriters and agencies for content creation such as advertisements, brochures, case studies, press releases and white papers
• Proactively build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including sales, product management and marketing managers to clearly understand their respective needs
• Partner with Digital Marketing (PIM, CMS and marketing automation) to create emailers, microsites and interactive animations
• Manage marketing budget for accurate forecasting and planning in responsible regions/areas

YOU HAVE:

• Academic background in business administration, marketing or journalism
• 1+ years’ experience in managing integrated campaigns preferred
• Experience working in a matrix B2B organization or agency preferred
• Ability to stay current on new technologies and emerging trends in the digital space (social media, marketing automation, SEO/ paid search)
• MS Office Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Marketo would be a plus
