Job Description
Essential Functions
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Campaign Support
- Support go-to-market (GTM) process for each campaign window for the brand by directly supporting the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager in completing the necessary steps in the process.
- Actively participate in GTM meetings, assisting with notetaking and action items.
- Monitor GTM timelines, aiding in the communications to broader team when deadlines are impending.
- Aid in coordination and organization of creative assets for both in-store and online purposes for the full promotional brand calendar.
- Support system-wide crew contests for campaign initiatives, communicating regular updates on the status of the contest and fulfilling the winner prizes when the contest is complete.
- Local Marketing Support
- In tandem with other marketing team members, support, maintain and evolve the online local store marketing resource database for best franchisee experience and usage.
- Work with New Store Opening team to maintain seamless NSO brand marketing support, ensuring that stores receive the marketing materials required for opening.
- Continually update store data in internal database as needed.
- Regularly communicate with franchisees to provide store-level marketing support.
- General Marketing Support
- Work with agency partners to support national campaigns as well as market tests.
- Work with digital menu board vendors and franchisees to support menu board content updates.
- Create communications for Franchisees to share marketing-related updates in a timely manner.
- Create and coordinate monthly and project-based reports for the brand team and present results and insights.
- Write, edit and proofread marketing materials for distribution to the franchise system.
- Miscellaneous or special brand and marketing projects as needed.
Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist participates in the development of the brand's marketing team objectives to support overall brand strategies/goals, with a focus on go-to-market campaign support. This position is responsible for overall support of the marketing team, including tactical support of go-to-market brand campaigns, new store openings, local store marketing, analytical storytelling and reporting, and shares in the responsibility of communicating brand marketing initiatives to the franchise system. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and our offices follow a hybrid work model.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or other related field of study, Pref

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate in clear concise language; to demonstrate active listening while engaging others; and to present to key stakeholders in a relevant and compelling manner
- Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships (e.g, senior management, stakeholders, other departments, etc.) and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support
