About the Role: Marketing Specialist

As SVT's Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online marketing efforts and helping us reach our target audience effectively.  Your primary focus will be developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and allow SVT to deliver automation integration solutions. 

A potential day in the life of SVT’s Marketing Specialist:  

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track website performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new tools, technologies, and strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, engage with followers, and develop engaging content to build brand awareness and foster customer engagement.

Required skills/qualifications:   

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools such as HubSpot.
• Experience with data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
