About the role:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in strategic programs and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns throughout the funnel. The ideal candidate is a passionate go-getter with the desire to experiment, build a best-in-class demand engine and have a real impact on pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Execute multi-channel demand generation programs for all funnel stages that include generating new leads, nurturing them to generate QLs, and creating bottom-funnel programs to convert QLs to opportunities.
• Own the strategic framework for email and nurture program execution, including trial and in-app communications
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day email campaigns and nurture flows, from writing emails to marketing automation programs and setup (in Marketo), segmentation and email calendar management. Working cross-functionally as needed
• Work with our marketing team to create emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns
• Drive improvement of programs through audience segmentation, personalization (i.e. behavioral), retargeting, journey mapping, A/B testing, and deliverability
• Capture program effectiveness and engagement, present learnings, experiments, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
• Support and project manage demand-generating marketing campaigns; including, but not limited to, webinars and cross-selling initiatives.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1-3 years of demand generation, campaigns and marketing programs experience in B2B SaaS
• Marketing automation experience required, Marketo preferred
• Strong understanding of demand generation, nurture best practices, and campaign execution across multiple channels
• Highly analytical with an attention to key metrics (lead creation, MQLs, Opp, etc.) and continual optimization
• Self-starter and with a proven ability to independently drive successful programs to completion and show the results.
• Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using Salesforce and other top Martech preferred
• You have a growth mindset and an “always be learning” attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change course as needed
• Energetic and proactive team player with a sense of humor
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
