Position Title: Marketing Specialistย 
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, high-energy, and articulate, capable of setting and meeting focused results and managing deadlines. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and strategic acumen to contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:ย 

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, including defining goals, target audiences, messaging, and tactics.

2. Content Creation, Management and Execution:

  • Create and execution of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, leveraging keyword research and best practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Assist in lead generation efforts through the development of targeted campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance.

4. Trade Shows, Conferences, and Community Events:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage all aspects of event marketing, including booth setup, collateral materials, promotional giveaways, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximize ROI from event participation.

5. Marketing Collateral Development:

  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Ensure consistency and brand compliance across all marketing materials.

6. Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
