Job Description

MultiversX is looking for a blockchain enthusiast and a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our expanding Marketing & Communications team full-time! If you are someone able to design, plan, implement and optimize highly effective marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment and produce high-standard results, this job is for you!
 
In this strategic and tactical role, you will manage complex marketing campaigns throughout the entire funnel and across all relevant channels to help achieve the company’s objectives. You will also spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies and monitor and report on results. As part of the marketing and comms team, you will supervise the entire marketing process, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy. 



Responsibilities
  • Develop iterative marketing and community engagement campaigns using an experimental and analytical approach while working closely with the Marketing, Comms and Business Development teams.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across a variety of verticals, such as PR, content, social, events, PPC.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion rate optimization
  • Coordinate the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with internal or external teams.
  • Conduct market research, and monitor industry trends and customer behaviors.
  • Assist with email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to grow the company’s community on multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media, marketing trends and best practices.
  • Supervise ongoing paid campaigns and suggest new ones, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.



About you
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Crypto / blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is essential.
  • A creative thinker who is not afraid to execute ideas.
  • Proven track record and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills.
