BLN24 is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist will plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage multiple projects, ensuring that campaigns align with the strategic goals and are executed efficiently.
Required Skills/Abilities & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Marketing experience, preferably in the public health, with proven project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), and email marketing platforms.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends and campaign needs.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts between multiple departments or external organizations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
