Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Innovia Co-op, a division of CCA Global Partners, is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with a keen interest in B2B marketing within the community association management sector. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the market presence of Innovia’s member companies and preferred vendor partners, leveraging strategic marketing initiatives across industry channels. You will provide effective coordination with third-party service providers responsible for our digital presence, encompassing website management, search engine optimization, online reputation management, and lead generation efforts. The essence of this role lies in it’s demand for innovation and the adept use of new technologies, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, to refine and enhance our marketing strategies.

Our Marketing Specialist will:
- Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility across all channels, including LinkedIn, our YouTube channel, website blogs, and newsletters.
- Manage annual marketing calendar to provide clear visibility of marketing activities and optimize the timing for member and vendor initiatives.
- Handle event printing logistics and branding tasks as well as develop content and creative materials for various platforms and communications.
- Design logos and develop branding materials to include brochures, postcards, and other promotional items as needed.
- Take charge of monthly communications to members and vendors ensuring content is current, engaging, and informative; oversee the dissemination of communications that highlight initiatives to our membership, optimizing external exposure.
- Coordinate potential PR announcements and craft targeted communications to maintain transparency and engagement across all stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for third-party agencies managing our website and lead generation initiatives as well as oversee our member Reputation Management and SEO program.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with at least 3 years direct experience in digital brand marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and respond quickly, outstanding follow up and people skills, along with the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly.
- Excellent computer skills, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and Outlook, with an emphasis on a strong skill set, including some design work in Adobe Cloud and Word Press.
- Comfortable with working with a small, collaborative start-up team.
