Job Description Summary:

PayPal is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and support various online and offline marketing initiatives, mainly in the areas of campaign and field marketing. At the core of this role is the responsibility of executing and optimizing marketing campaigns that target the large enterprise audience in Northern Europe. These campaigns will include a mix of channels like social media, specialized media, content syndication, email marketing, digital and live events, amongst others.

The main goal of this position is to help PayPal position itself as a key commerce partner to large enterprises, bring awareness to our enterprise value proposition and create commercial interest to our offering – you will help create long term relationships with some of the most important global and regional multinationals currently in the market.

Scope

  • Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, digital and/or offline, including live events, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts.
  • Support our content needs by collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (Paid Media, Web, Direct Mail, and Email) that lead to opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner closely with our BDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment for all our programs from the get-go.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure marketing plays are in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives.
  • Manage external agencies and collaborate with them to develop campaign themes, creative, and assets as needed.
  • Measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the ABM program.

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in high-tech, Enterprise B2B demand generation or Account Based Marketing, managing offline and online channels
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with BDR and Sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Experience in driving integrated multichannel marketing programs
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
