What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the management of Foxen’s Marketing assets and various Marketing functions. You’ll be a valuable member of a growing team of entrepreneurial-minded professionals focused on solving key issues within the Multifamily Real Estate Industry.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Foxen Marketing Request Process, an ongoing and critical function for the intake, production, and delivery of Marketing assets.
- Support or potentially own the management and usage of the Marketing Department’s multiple software subscriptions.
- Function as the administrator of Foxen’s LinkedIn efforts, specifically our company page content, visuals, followers, and posts. Management of Foxen LinkedIn posts may require creation of the posts themselves and subsequent discussions with Legal or Leadership for feedback.
- Provide guidance and oversight to our Foxen Team Members, ensuring their LinkedIn pages and activity are accurate and representative of our brand.
- Directly support Product Marketing with creating, analyzing, and communicating product messaging, program materials, roadmaps for deliverables.
- Work with Product Marketing on key projects and assets such as Website, Product Videos, Customer and Resident Training Videos, and Email Communication Strategy.
- Continuous collaboration with our Visual Designer in the creation of effective Marketing materials, communications, assets, etc.
- As needed, support Foxen’s Corporate Marketing Manager to plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, budgeting, reviewing contracts, and developing schedules and assignments.
- Regularly, or as requested, provide periodic communication of progress on Foxen Marketing initiatives and OKRs to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the collective strategic planning and development of the Foxen Marketing Department.Â
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing or Financial Technology and 1+ years’ experience in our industry,
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Previous experience in customer communications or relationship management experience is a plus.Â
