Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic bilingual Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on content creation, influencer identification, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of various platforms and experience in navigating the intricacies of Chinese platforms like WeChat and Little Red Book, as well as mainstream platforms such as LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement strategies for lead generation across diverse approaches, especially through both online and offline events.
• Generate engaging content in both languages and optimize company profiles on platforms like WeChat, Little Red Book, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers relevant to the industry to increase brand exposure and followers.
• Coordinate company-hosted and co-hosted events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with BD and sales teams to deliver qualified potential clients.

Additional Skills:

• Previous experience in B2B Marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.
• Network and relationships with local AI/Investment/Startup clubs and organizations are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, lead generation, user growth, or a related field.
• Strong social networking skills, willing to build up connections in local technology and entrepreneur communities.
• Familiarity with Chinese platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book) and mainstream platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be bilingual and have familiar marketing trends and knowledge about Chinese companies and market and social media
