Your Role:

We are searching for a skilled Marketing Specialist with a knack for content creation and social media strategy. Our ideal candidate is experienced in crafting both compelling written and video content and is familiar with optimizing this content for a variety of social media platforms. As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities include:

• Content Creation:
  • Video: Direct, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our audience. 
  • Written: Write, edit, and optimize engaging written content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms like Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analyze metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly. 
• Ground Promotions:
  • Plan and execute effective on-ground marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to optimize the reach and impact of promotional activities. 
• Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that campaigns achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong experience in video content creation, including directing, shooting, and editing.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in crafting engaging written content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, with experience in optimizing content for each platform.
• Proven experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Ability to lead projects from conception to completion, with a focus on achieving marketing objectives.
• Analytical skills to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
