Marketing Specialist

You’re a skilled marketing specialist adept at building a community of users and potential customers. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 2 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will have the opportunity to own and grow community events and manage customer communications.
This fully remote role reports to our Director of Marketing and candidates are required to reside in the United States. We anticipate this role will require travel to an estimated 5 -10 trade shows and events annually. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all customer events to build and foster a customer community with a focus on event production and logistics for conferences
• Develop and manage effective communication strategies to strengthen customer relationships
• Produce and deliver compelling customer webinars that attract and grow our customer community
• Establish and grow strong relationships with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, Legal and Finance 
• Contribute to content creation and other marketing projects across the team
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• You have 3+ years of marketing experience in SaaS and startups
• Proven experience in planning, running, and executing successful customer events
• Strong project management and organizations skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and craft compelling narratives
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other tools used to manage customer data and marketing content. (e.g. Hubspot, Wistia, JIRA, Zoom, Canva)
