Position Specific Description

Come join our marketing team! We are seeking a high energy Marketing Specialist for our Houston, TX office. This position will be responsible for developing B2B online and offline campaign strategies, managing budgets, analyzing marketing metrics and assisting the field Sales team in attracting and booking new business. In this hands-on role, they will be executing tactical activities to get the job done. Key aspects of the role include email marketing, social media marketing, sales collateral and presentation creation, copywriting and marketing data manipulation. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, offering insights and solutions to achieve sales targets. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
• Must have demonstrated strong written and communication skills.• Content Management System and Marketing Automation experience desired. • Ability to create and analyze reports from a database to draw conclusions. • Experience with SalesForce preferred.

Job Overview
