This position is part of the Marketing and Communications Team located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site or hybrid position.Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our company effectively communicates our message to our target audience. Your ability to balance creative design skills with project management expertise will be essential to the success of our marketing campaigns.   • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the stakeholders satisfaction
  • Create and maintain project timelines and schedules, and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines
  • Partner and collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that project are aligned and working towards a common goal
  • Create and execute graphic design solutions that align with our brand standards and meet the goals and objectives of the designated campaign objectives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, required approvals, and distribution records
  • Be well versed in all forms of media and communications to include, but not limited to; environmental, digital, web, social, print, and video
  • Establish and maintain business process and standard work surrounding internal and external communications
  • Assist in managing visual and digital resources
Beneficial Capabilities:
  • Familiar with digital asset management systems and softwares
  • Experience with stringent compliance workflows for communications materials
  • Competency in using project management software (ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana)
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in graphic design, project management, or a related field experience
  • Proven experience in project management and graphic design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft business suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
