In this new Marketing Programs Specialist position, you will serve as a key team member responsible for driving the global planning process to build a marketing strategy and lead generation plan to meet the Antibody Solutions business priorities covering our diverse portfolio and customer segments.

What You Will Do• Writes, edits, and proofreads marketing content and ensures messaging is aligned with target market (Pharma, biotech, and academia).• Supports digital marketing efforts (web, social, SEO, SEM) to ensure content distribution is aligned with overall campaign messaging.• Partners with Product Management to build and support the development and execution of sales support and sales tools.• Maintain a good working product and market knowledge to build a holistic tactical marketing communications/promotional plan that is intended to meet KPI for assigned campaign. • Partner with business (R&D/Product/Segment Management) to formulate and execute the promotion marketing strategy.• Project manage and lead campaign plans for business/segment area, held to KPI's for campaign (dashboards).• Captures and collects campaign KPI's on a monthly and quarterly basis and reports out performance to stakeholders • In partnership with stakeholders, analyzes campaign performance and recommends changes to the tactical plan.• Assesses marketing tactical performance by reviewing performance trends and recommends improvements to plans to ensure campaign meets overall goals and objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, social and digital marketing; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate others.• Strong data analytics capabilities and critical thinking skills.• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving organization centered around growth.• Highly organized and detail-oriented - can execute complex tasks with minimal oversight.• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously.• Collaborative, team-oriented work style.

Preferred educational and experiential background:• 3+ years' experience, with at least 2 years' experience in life science industry.• BS Marketing, Marketing Communications, or biological sciences. • Demonstrated project management competence.• Experience writing creative and engaging subject lines and marketing messages.
