Department Overview
The North America Global Enterprise and Channel Marketing team creates and oversees the execution of marketing plans and programs to support the growth of our enterprise and channel business (within the commercial space). The team oversees the strategic development and tactical execution of all aspects of the marketing mix including vertical, demand generation, product launches, sales enablement, channel programs, and field marketing initiatives.Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and coordinating marketing strategies to assist with brand awareness, demand generation, and sales and partner enablement to grow the North America commercial vertical markets and Avtec business. This role is also responsible for the project management and execution of new product launches and development of the related marketing activities and sales enablement tools within North America.
Avtec & Product Launches:
Develop assets, campaigns, content and programs that support business goals for commercial vertical markets, commercial product launches, and Avtec
Develop, execute and report on campaign activities
Manage timelines, asset development and communications for content, events, product launches and campaigns
Manage overall marketing plan and timelines for North America product launches, coordinating with all other marketing teams (product marketing, solution and events marketing, channel marketing, digital campaigns, public relations, etc.)
Create engaging and informative content for customers and end-users about the value and benefits of our products and technology ecosystem through presentations, brochures, sales sheets, videos, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts
Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns and management of tactics promoting products across different digital channels - webinars, industry engagements, and e-books
Knowledge/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: marketing, communications, public relations, project management, or sales
Experience developing, executing and managing digital and non-digital demand generation marketing activities.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills (written and oral), including copywriting, copy editing, and slide creation.
Self-starting, self-driven and resourceful with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Energetic, positive, and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
B2B experience preferred

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: marketing, communications, public relations, project management, or sales
