About the Job

TaskRabbit is looking for a Creative Campaign Specialist to join our global marketing team. As a member of the team, you’ll collaborate with teammates to create integrated campaigns and marketing assets for all facets of the business. You’ll manage creative and communication projects workflow including maintaining integrated campaign and project requests, assessing team workload to determine assignments, coordinating project deadlines and budgets, and organizing relevant department resources to keep projects on schedule.

In this role, you’ll become familiar with every aspect of TaskRabbit marketing’s workflow and production processes, and drive efficiency by delivering concise, accurate and deadline-driven information to teammates. You’ll use your strong business acumen and understanding of each channel’s needs and requirements to partner cross-functionally on campaigns and projects of varying scopes. You’ll examine current processes and workshop ways to improve and implement changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with our marketing function to build and execute integrated campaigns and creative assets across our marketing channels (email, push, SMS, social, paid acquisition, blog, content, brand partnerships, IKEA, events, etc.) while testing new channels to increase engagement with TaskRabbit’s products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on a range of exciting projects — including integrated marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, blogs, email, social, photo shoots, video shoots, events and more
  • Assist with campaign and project documentation, prioritization, tracking and reporting
  • Partner in managing the internal calendar of upcoming integrated campaigns and marketing activities
  • Project manage multiple active and upcoming projects end-to-end by defining timelines, milestones, asset requirements, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work closely with marketing teams across North America and Europe to identify specific market needs and plan for asset localization with each project
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate, agency, or startup environment
  • Extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements 
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changes in direction
  • People person who knows when to push back – or urge forward – to keep projects on track
  • Track record of successfully managing campaigns, video/photo shoots, events and marketing projects of all sizes on simultaneous timelines
  • Experience in relevant project management software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Customer focus, with a deep understanding of the value TaskRabbit provides for users
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
