Marketing Specialist - Crypto

As a Marketing Specialist at IMC, you will join our European marketing team in Amsterdam, working alongside the Head of Marketing, and one more Marketing Specialist. Together, you will be working on local and global marketing projects to convert business targets and requirements into compelling marketing campaigns that effectively attract and engage top-tier candidates and leads. Moreover, you will actively contribute to increase our brand awareness and generate leads through onsite and online activations.
Ideally, you are highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously to support our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. Communication excellence and effective collaboration with various teams are crucial attributes for this role.
Your core responsibilities:

• Implementing a roadmap of initiatives to help expand our Token Market Making business
• Providing end-to-end marketing support for 3-5 global conferences annually (e.g., Token2049, Crypto Valley Association)
• Collaborating with the Crypto team onpartnerships, sponsorships, andpublications (e.g., Cointelegraph)
• Executing graphic design tasks for external stakeholders, including logos and presentations
• Writing, scheduling, and publishing Crypto-related content to enhance the team's online presence (e.g., IMC social media, website, Google search/maps)
• Creating new content to publish on social media as well as on our website
• Designing and coordinating the production of merchandise and giveaways to enable the team to showcase the IMC brand

Your skills and experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience, any experience or affinity with Crypto is considered a plus
• Exposure to managing events, both online, offline, internal and external
• Experience in digital marketing, including community management, CMS, and campaign execution. This experience may come from working with brands, agencies, internships, or freelance projects
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing expectations
• Outstanding service-minded focus and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
