Responsibilities
- Support the development, execution, and management of diverse, multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, social media and more.
- Lead the project management of tradeshows, webinars and other events.
- Manage our social media presence and calendar, with ample room to drive innovative new ideas to maximize our social channels.
- Support marketing strategy development and tracking against key goals in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Help us continue to scale our Marketing capabilities with a keen eye toward process improvement opportunities and results-focused initiatives.
- Ability to think critically about marketing goals, messaging and tactics, matching channels and audiences based on desired results.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Web Strategy expert teams to implement and execute programmatic marketing (examples: retargeting and nurture strategies), as well as reporting and evaluation of campaign results.
- Coordinate with Marketing resources and vendors responsible for producing the supporting materials for your campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design, HTML development, digital advertising, QA and testing.
- Ability to absorb audience insights, market trends, campaign performance data, and internal feedback to make recommendations around messaging and the ideal tactic mix to optimize campaigns.
- Support internal communication and collaboration around ongoing campaigns, particularly among Sales, Customer Success, Health IT, Product and Client Success teams.
- Apply A/B testing for campaigns in a constant pursuit of advancing Marketing results.
- Ensure efforts are within budget, brand and approval parameters.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Hands-on campaign experience such as social media, events/tradeshows, email marketing, advertising, PPC, PR, and/or other digital marketing tactics.
- A detail-oriented self-starter with strong project and time management skills.
- Effective written, verbal and communication/collaboration capabilities.
- Experience managing and collaborating with creative and strategic partners.
- A resourceful, creative, problem-solving mindset, with the energy and flexibility to adapt as the company evolves.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A desire and curiosity to continually learn and grow.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field.
- Sense of humor, positivity, and a desire to have fun at work.
- Able to travel roughly 10-15% of the time.
Preferred Qualities
- Passionate about the opportunity to improve the healthcare experience for patients, suppliers and providers.
- Ideal candidate has medical device, health tech, and/or surgical experience.
- Experience with emerging products/services in nascent markets.
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot, ABM, agencies, and/or sales.
- MBA.
Estimated salary range: $60,300 - $75,300
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
