This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determine product selection, placement and key call outs for print campaigns
  • Do post-campaign analysis of product sales and performance to make future recommendations on placement and presentation
  • Understand and provide input into assortment strategies
  • Ability to be agile and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Support marketing analysts with pulling data, analyzing performance, validating promo codes and coordinating email campaigns
  • Update marketing plan and budget documents
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or High school diploma/GED plus 1 year of work experience as a coordinator role within a professional business setting.
  • Experience in drafting professional written communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong curiosity and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to working on multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
  • Analytical experience
