Marketing Specialist - Hybrid Schedule Eligible

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts by leveraging your expertise in automation tools and strategies. Your primary focus will be to optimize and execute marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform, leverage predictive analytics use cases, and ensure that our messaging is delivered effectively to the right audiences. Essential functions of the role:

• Utilize our marketing automation tool (Prisma) to build, launch, and monitor targeted email campaigns, digital banking ads, and behavioral-based trigger communications
• Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with the Core and other sources of data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive engagement and conversions
• Oversee the strategy, end-to-end testing, execution, and performance evaluation of the marketing automation tool including recommending communication rules and policies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Execute new customer-facing marketing materials such as ads and emails and assist with marketing tasks as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the marketing automation tool and provide solutions to optimize system performance
• Develop and document best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures for marketing automation initiatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years marketing experience post-education
• 2-3 years proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from campaign performance metrics
• Experience with design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop preferred but not required
