We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a MMX Marketing SpecialistII on our Membership and Marketing Specialist team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a MMX Marketing SpecialistII you will support the Lead Generation team by assisting in thedevelopment and deployment of marketing campaigns and communications todrive leads and support achievement of sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in the development of innovative methods of reaching and converting qualified audiences across new and existing marketing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with team members in marketing, product and sales to identify and execute marketing campaigns that achieve brand and sales objectives.
- Support technical development of prospect communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment of email, landing pages and push notifications.
- Track projects progress, schedules and objectives, reporting status to manager on a regular basis.
- Serve as point person for the digital marketing intake process.
- Update Salesforce to reflect and report on campaign effectiveness.
Content Development
- Create content for marketing campaigns across different mediums and assist in the development of other digital content marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with SMEs in the development of content and marketing campaign materials, including theme, content and image recommendations.
- Track asset use in marketing programs and provide recommendations for future asset distribution.
- Participate in meetings with business units to outline initiative/program goals, key messages and objectives.
- Stay current on news in health care by monitoring healthcare publications, and subscriptions to daily newsletters; may reports on key learnings to digital team in daily standup meetings.
LeadManagement
- Manage incoming leads, data entry, and assign to appropriate Sales team member.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness and pipeline updates.
- Maintain technical processes and procedures document.
May include other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required; Discipline in marketing /communications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or related fields required; minimum of 2 years of health care-focused marketing experience preferred.
- Experience with planning for and executing on project/marketing plans required; experience with Asana preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and manage competing projects effectively.
- Ability to perform in a high visibility team environment as well as be a strong individual contributor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a clear commitment to teamwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated sense of initiative and professionalism.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, website analytics, content management, and marketing automation tools preferred.
