Location for this role is preferred at our Franklin, MA site or Tewksbury, MA site. Candidates can also be remote East Coast or Central Time Zone.

The Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) Business Unit (BU) is a leader in the development of air quality and process monitoring solutions that ensure worker health, cleaner air, and increased customer productivity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers to facilitate the execution of product strategies, spanning the product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. Your key responsibilities will involve an understanding of products and their applications, coordination of product launches, competitor data analysis, and support for various cross-functional activities.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with and support Product Managers to implement product strategies, using your technical expertise and application knowledge throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and track data for effective product marketing, enabling informed decision-making. This includes gathering competitor insight, conducting price comparisons, and analyzing product performance.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of new products, from concept to launch, and coordinate their operational execution, including sales implementation, technical knowledge of equivalent substitutes for discontinued items, and compliance with data governance rules.
• Capture and analyze data to support Product Management objectives, driving data-backed insights and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and respond to incoming sales representative issues related to products and suppliers, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, including Product Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales, to support Portfolio and Project Management objectives.
• Administer and coordinate project-specific activities, such as sales rep training, quality initiatives, and yearly pricing activities, to optimize product performance and business outcomes.
• Prepare and review internal and external communications ensuring consistent messaging and effective product positioning.

• Track product performance throughout its lifecycle, finding opportunities for improvement and growth.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in a marketing or product management role
• Prior experience in supporting product management or related field is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Solid analytical abilities to gather and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
