What you'll do:

Marketing Specialist internship duties may include:

• Assist Marketing team in executing on RS-focused roadmap items, including MyTrack Learning, a Tier 1 project focused on modernizing our participant educational experience. Responsibilities associated with the MyTrack Learning project include:
  • Assisting with moving items through stakeholder and compliance reviews.
  • Partnering with team members to ensure item status is accurate.
  • Working with our translation vendor.
  • Contributing point of view as part of the working team.

Additional Details:

• 12-week paid summer internship
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• All work is expected to be hybrid in Indianapolis
• Housing stipends are available for eligible candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum ofone year of college coursework completed
• Preferred areas of study include: Marketing, Marketing Communications, or any other related field
• GPA should be 3.0 or higher
• Must have a passion for data, adapt to a changing work environment, and be able to work independently, as well as contribute as part of a larger team
• Advanced verbal and written communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
• Candidate should be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A general understanding of financial concepts is a plus.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
