How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) is one of five business segments operated by CommScope, that exists to enable the global mobile ecosystem that drives modern connected lives in both personal and professional dimensions.

OWN designs and builds solutions for the entire RF path, offering a complete, end-to-end portfolio of macro and outdoor small cell infrastructure technologies. This role will be based in Richardson, TX

You Will Make an Impact By

The Marketing Specialist contributes to the implementation and execution of the go-to-market architecture that includes effective messaging and positioning, target audience segmentation and prioritization and the implementation of effective tactics including website and social media.

You will collaborate closely with both the portfolio managers and regional marketing managers on the development of value propositions and messages and the customization of all relevant campaigns.

• Supports the Portfolio Manager in the definition of value proposition and messaging
• Supports the Global Campaign Manager in the creation and execution of campaigns, including social media
• Supports the improvement of website product and solutions pages
• Reports on results and effectiveness of campaigns
• Effective use of technology and marketing best practice to manage projects and optimize campaigns.

• Tracking and reporting on regional campaign effectiveness in collaboration with marketing operations and data analysts.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited university
• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• High levels of creativity and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both individuals and groups, including the presentation of technical material to both expert and general audiences
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
