Marketing Specialist - Istanbul

We are now looking for a "Marketing Specialist" to be a member of our Marketing Department. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering departments of reputable universities 
• Preferably 2+ years of marketing experience in a multinational company 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Advanced in MS-Office applications 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English 
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, flexible and proactive 
• Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitude

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gathers and analyzes information on competition, market trends and the customer insights 
• Evaluates and monitors market dynamics for the sector and accumulate insight
• Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, margins, channel, category, customer data effectively and facilitate necessary corrective actions 
• Follow-up & analyze corporate and unit performance, define gaps, propose plans for these 
• Gathers data, conduct necessary analysis, interprets and reports results for various studies 
• Calculates & prepares necessary marketing and sales figures and periodically reports 
• Takes part in implementation of project plans 
• Contributes across the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities 
• Contributes to and develops product roadmaps 
• Initiates the required changes to packaging, product specs or other aspects to market requirements
