Marketing Specialist LATAM

The Marketing Specialist LATAM is responsible for supporting the execution of the Marketing Plan such as Campaign Creation, Organization of Events, Contracts and Payments, Market Reports, Marketing Assets and Digital Content. This position will have contact with different levels of functions and departments globally with a strong base for learning and enhancing career growth in a diverse environment.

This position is part of the Americas Marketing Team and will be located in São Paulo – Brazil, on site. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Improve processes in LATAM Marketing to achieve full effectiveness of our team.
• Develop/Improve communication, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Develop/Improve Market Knowledge.
• External Interaction with KOLs, and customers
• Internal interaction with LATAM Distributors, Sales Team and Global Marketing.
• Develop/Improve skills in all Marketing channels, including digital.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in the healthcare market
• Availability for National and International travel.
• Advanced English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Digital Marketing knowledge (SEO & SEM, Social Media, Data Analysis, CRM, etc)
• Knowledge of image Editing and Design Skills
• Knowledge on IVD Market
• Spanish skills
