Hallmark's Consumer Experience (CX) Team runs point on campaign planning and operations across Hallmark's Consumer Experience ecosystem - spanning Marketing, Creative, Data Insights & Analytics and Consumer Care functions.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Loyalty Marketing Specialist is part of the Hallmark CX Marketing Team. The role will assist the team in helping maintain, improve, and grow the Crown Rewards loyalty program.
In this role you will:
- Manage ongoing reporting for email journey performance and support team in executing against strategy and creative development of journeys to improve results and meet KPI goals.
- Support the team in ideation, planning and execution of Crown Rewards membership benefits.
- Support planning, executing and monitoring of retail sales associate contests.
- Analyze benefit performance and support teammates in determining key actions based on data.
- Build relationships with Creative teams, Marketing Operations, Retail Operations, Merchants, and other cross-functional groups to ensure flawless execution of benefits, associated consumer-facing marketing materials and ongoing communications plans across the organization.
This role will report to the Loyalty/Crown Rewards Marketing Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional work experience.
- Experience with building and executing against consumer segment-based strategies and tactics.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 1+ years of marketing-related experience.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Baseline knowledge of marketing performance KPIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Email marketing experience.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once; ability to stay focused, meet deadlines and follow through.
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working under pressure and deadlines.
- Passion and intellectual curiosity for consumer marketing.
- Possess a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to consumers.
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with management at different levels, internal and external audiences, and the ultimate Hallmark consumer.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- This position is hybrid, working onsite at headquarters in Kansas City, MO once a week and as needed for events and meetings.
