TTI, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Product to be onsite at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

This position will be responsible for end-to-end project management of cooperative marketing programs and campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will deliver thoughtful insights, recommendations, and customer/partner service consistent with the TTI culture and mission.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide effective marketing communications support of supplier co-op programs, new product introductions, market segment penetration, and product promotions by coordinating with supplier partners, TTI product, and creative teams to accomplish desired marketing objectives:

    • Understand the mutual business goal of the supplier and TTI product team
    • Prepare an annual marketing plan and budget for each assigned supplier
    • Manage campaign budgets throughout the year
    • Develop creative briefs that communicate campaign objectives to the creative team; present concepts to the supplier partner
    • Participate in creative meetings ensuring supplier-approved strategies are understood and appropriately executed
    • Continuously offer ideas to increase the effectiveness of the supplier's marketing activities
    • Assists/coordinates with the marketing manager on the management of the marketing calendar to schedule campaigns based on need and availability
    • Respond promptly to all client communications
  • Build and implement test strategies for supplier marketing activities and analyze results to better understand customer behavior and maximize results:

    • Maintain metrics for all advertising placements and provides program owners, (e.g. suppliers and department director) with CTR/ROI of campaign
  • Responsible for billing and collection of supplier funds:

    • Documents advertising in situ (screenshots of web banners, copies of print ads, etc.) to support requests for payment
    • Generates invoice requests to be processed by TTI accounting
  • Performs a variety of tasks associated with marketing communication projects and sales support:

    • Ensure suppliers are represented through content and resources on tti.com
    • Be prepared to support advertising media planning, buying, and results in analysis
    • Exercises good judgment in using company resources
    • Builds relationships with strategic partners
    • Additional marketing communications projects as needed
  • Work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and marketing resources to maximize productivity, on-time delivery, and internal/external customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience required.
  • Creative/marketing agency experience is highly desirable.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of suppliers and products is a plus
  • Ability to discern and provide effective customer service and results
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be extremely organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting rules and budget preparation; able to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports
  • Must be able to work effectively with various departments and outside vendors
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
