OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various aspects of our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and help drive our brand forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
• Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies
• Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and other promotional activities
• Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visuals and graphics
• Help maintain and update the company website and manage SEO efforts
• Assist in managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube is a plus)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM systems
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
