PrimeStreet is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our team! As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping PrimeStreet's brand identity, and you will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our company. You will lead all aspects of our social media presence, including updating all accounts, as well as responding to our followers directly. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing team events, identifying opportunities for industry events and conferences, and streamlining company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.

As a Marketing Specialist who's dedicated to brand identity, you understand the important role that branding plays in everything a company does: from business strategy, to product development, marketing and advertising, to the way we talk to our consumers and customers. You know the balance of story and analytics, you're comfortable relying on analytics and intuition to turn theories into initiatives, outcomes and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy based on industry trends
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to followers
  • Organize and implement team events, take photos, and post highlights on social media
  • Identify opportunities for industry events & conferences
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
  • Monitor new prospects and incorporate them into marketing campaigns
  • Complete post-close interviews, schedule closing gifts, and request online reviews
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Create monthly analytics breakdowns, recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage brand marketing
  • Create media posts to be sent to leading real estate news sites & platforms
  • Act as the interdepartmental liaison who works with internal teams & external stakeholders and vendors

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional experience in marketing, real estate, or similar roles
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Creative and able to quickly solve complex problems
  • Detail-oriented
  • Familiar with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Technical computer skills including experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and manipulating large lists
  • Knowledge of how to brand key relationships that are created from Sales & Strategic Partnerships
  • Understanding of the latest marketing trends and how to garner media attention
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of the real estate industry and its current trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors
  • Social media marketing or direct mail marketing experience
Work location is flexible if approved by PrimeStreet except that position may not be performed in Colorado, California, or New York City.About DE
