About the Role

The Local Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting individual and regional marketing campaigns for European Wax Center (EWC) intended to drive center growth through guest acquisition and retention.

A Day in the Life

• Develop and manage, in partner with Advertising Agency and internal stakeholders, Grand Opening Marketing for approx. 50 -70 new centers per year from start to finish based on pre-approved marketing tactics.
• Work closely with Senior Manager, Local Marketing to support active and approved individual marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Develop and manage a monthly performance report on New Center Performance so optimizations and learnings can be shared.
• Based on learnings, needs of the business and best practices, recommend new marketing strategies and promotions and support in development and execution of programming.
• Ensure flawless execution and brand compliance for any active local and regional marketing campaigns.
• Participation in weekly status calls with Agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are running on-time and delivering on KPIs.
• Assist in educating and corresponding with franchisees, in partnership with the regional support teams, via email, phone and internal ticketing system on a daily basis on marketing programming.
• Nurture and build relationships with the franchisees to foster brand-building opportunities across the EWC franchise network.
• Keep up to date on relevant topics and recognize trends and opportunities to drive revenue/growth.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising.
• Franchise experience required.
